Pat, I'm an old white guy and you are absolutely the best at bringing all demographic groups together! And any guest whether former players (J Mac, Briggs, Jurko) or Courtney, etc. you can get them talking like we are in your home having a few brews! Keep working on your "trade" because I learn a considerable amount from your shows which I try to listen to several times a week! KEEP NETWORKING and work as many shows, podcasts, etc etc as you can! At the end of each year, ASK yourself are you better at your Trade/Vision than a year ago? If so, why? Write down those points in the past year that made you better. Also, write down what you need to do to get better for the upcoming year. And hopefully you have a MENTOR that is guiding you, too! Best of success to you for the upcoming year(s)!
