Hey homie, if you fly up high enough, the laser towers on the oil rig won't be able to shoot you and you can fall/glide down after your pal runs out of stamina. Highly recommend damage/defense pendants. The syndicate absolutely SHREDS pals so it'll have to be mostly your doing to take on the oil rig. With good guns you'll be able to take out 99% of the syndicate before they even manage to shoot back at you (can farm Blazamut in volcano mountain for assault rifle schematic). Also the turrets can be easily ran up towards to disable, their aim is actually not great lol. After you've taken down all the homing laser towers you'll be able to fly out of their quickly, but don't forget to loot all the chests while you're there, including the giant yellow chest!
