After waiting for what seems like forever to take your Real Estate Exam, the last thing you want to do is have to take is again. In this video, I'll share exactly what I did to pass the California Real Estate exam on the first try. Even if you didn't pass your exam (that's OK!!), or you're taking your exam outside of CA, I'll share tips to help you focus on what's most important so you can get your Real Estate License!

Hi Alissa! I took my test and passed on the 1st time time today at LaPalma. Thanks again for your video on this location. It really helped! They are very strict that you park across the street in the parking structure. Also, it was pretty warm in the classroom…so you may want to layer. No bright lights…pretty dark so it was a nice and relaxing environment.

Hi Alyssa, Quick question….I heard that there’s the letter form, short form and narrative report. You explained it as self contained, summary and restricted. Are these the same reports, just different names?

I learned about your channel a week before I took the exam (2/20/24 )and had never heard of crash course online before and I just want to say thank you so much for sharing that! The format and also the material they went over I swear was so beneficial and I passed on my first try as well! I used prep agent which was great in making the concepts stick and Crash course online was such a thorough review that I felt so prepared and it took a lot of the anxiety away on exam day! Thank you again!!!

Passing the Real estate test is when you study hard, if you can’t study or you don't have time for your studies l'd advise you get yourself a help like Mr Richmond.
People keep talking about Richmond all over RUclips, he must be a very awesome help.
