Dw it’ll form scar tissue and then it won’t bother your mouth anymore in those spots, that’s why I decided I’m not gonna use wax and let the scar tissue form fully

it's all in how you order it. you cant just say oh let me get a number 2. I get mine 3 patties, 2 cheeses, whole grilled onions, chopped chilies, extra lettuce, extra tomato, pickles and cut it in half. I actually just tried a mustard patty and it was fire going to start to add one to my burger now. and the fries you have to get them well done if not they get soggy fast. try this and let me know

Glad you're losing weight but sorry you're still having to deal with continuing health issues! Hang in there. 70lbs down is amazing. How do you eat enough calories to support your workout? Is that why you're hungry now? I had RNY bypass surgery 2 weeks ago. So odd to feel thirsty but unable to drink! Having a hard time eating & keeping up with fluids but it's getting better. Back to work this week which was a bummer but you do what you have to 💪🙂. Stay strong! Best, Maria
Thank you Maria!!! I honestly don’t think I am getting enough calories truthfully 😬😬😬. I’m sure my doctor will tell me if something is wrong when I go see them on the 20th and I’ll be sure to let you know! But the thirst is very real lol I get light headed and feel like I’m under water still after three or four sips! But I really just force myself to drink water at this point because I absolutely cannot go back to getting those needles in my hands for Iv therapy!
How are you feeling besides the water part?
@@Mikemccurdy74 I feel like a drained battery most days! But it's getting better. Sleeping more & found some protein soup instead of those nasty protein shakes so that was a small win at 27g per packet 8oz...goes down much easier. Thanks for asking

Yes it’s definitely to early to eat pasta 🍝! But if your stomach can tolerate it then it is what it is ! Great 👍 job on your weight loss ! I had the same surgery almost 3 months ago I’m down 48 pounds just started back at gym ! Just take it easy you will get there !
I’m so hungry for some reason 😩 no matter how full I get off a little food, I’m starving again in 30 minutes. That was one of the main reasons for me to get the surgery. I’m feeling very discouraged
