The Spoon Theory refers to a representation of how much energy someone has to spend. It’s most known with chronic illnesses, but *everyone* has a certain amount of spoons to spend each day, each activity varying (per person) in how many spoons required to complete it.
This song speaks, from personal experience, about how easy it is to run out of spoons, living with chronic illness.
