Like the part you can change without the need to detach bowl from tank however the metal blade to secure seems flimsy. Definitely locknut is a better way to go.

hi, the fixed nut and flat washer stays with the Pop-up waste thread, but the vertical pipe alone falls down vertically. what may be the reason ? leakage is also there.
