I was trying to raise a Joint Declaration for the last 30 days but portal was displaying AADHAAR OTP error mesage. But I got my incorrect entry correct using solution 2. Solution 1: (This is the easiest solution) Get Form 10 and Joint Declaration from employer. Raise a Grievance in EPFI Grievance portal. (Kind Note: In case if you do not have the documents mentioned below, please wait and collect the documents before raising the grievance, else the grievance team will close the grievance in 3 days from the day they ask you for documents and the next grievance can be raised only after 7 days from the day the first grievance was raised) Upload the below documents: a. Form 10 b. Joint Declaration c. EFPO Portal error message This issue will be solved in 3-4. days. Grievance team will correct the entry. Solution 2: Email the details to Regional PF office. Attach the below: a. Form 10 b. Joint Declaration c. EFPO Portal error message d. UAN Card (you can download from epfo portal) This will take max 1 week to correct your entries. Good Luck!!!
