I hear you...many are in the same boat. There's been plenty of discussion regarding the pros and cons of waiting vs buying now. Most experts are saying that you will end up paying more if you wait because of the competing offers. People were going in at $100 - $200k over asking with no conditions during the last craze in the Grey Bruce area. Buying now provides you with more control and time to ensure you are protected. Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately this is happening all over Canada. With the Bank of Canada interest rate jumping from .25% in March of 2022 to the current level today at 4.75%...it's simply making it too hard for many to stay afloat. Those on variable rate loans are feeling it now but those are fixed terms will have their day of reckoning. I truly am sorry to hear about your situation and wish you all the best.

Greg...thanks for the comment. I fully plan to be spending some time there...highlighting my old stomping grounds now that the weather is warmer. It truly is such a great community. I grew up there in the 80s and 90s and we had friends of all races and backgrounds but they'll always be idiots. It's important for those who have lived there forever to respect the new arrivals but that goes both ways. People from the city moving into a small community need to reciprocate the respect. I'm not 100% sure but I have some Willow Trees on our property and they can be pretty dangerous. One of ours have cracked in half and it's a big tree...they also lose a lot of big branches. It's always sad to see trees cut down but sometimes it's required for safety. Appreciate you taking the time to watch the video. Cheers
