Ik a lot of people play esper midrange in high ranks but mono red aggro really falls off by around diamond when people know how to play against it and also less people play it because it’s generally not as fun as something else and most people only play it because it is cheap

seems their solution to potholes is to make the cars limit where and when we can drive.

The autobahn highway was built to last, but the Roman Empire built Roads that are still in use today over two millennia later. American interstate highway system was built decades before the taxation system was computed to take into account wear and tear and traffic and salting and plowing and heavy trucks damage plus the greediness of private contractors. TL DR roads suck because of government regulations and mismanagement of taxes collected to upkeep the infrastructure.

This is ridiculous. It makes much more sense to bill the municipality for car damage done by potholes.
