What if I can't find the computer ? I tried Room Mode, PC mode, User Mode and Browse Mode but I cannot find 13 computers in the same lab which I personally installed The Student version in Eval. I can only seem to pick up 16 devices out of 29. I tried uninstalling and installing again but it can't seem to find any of the remaining devices. Is there another comman I can run to find the remaining devices

I did a test and couldn't print a certificate as my name wasn't in My Account - went and added my name now I can't work out how to print a certificate? Looks like if you don't print one straight after the test - no certificate. Now I have to go do it again. Not happy, Jan.

I don't like the fact that it appears that you are re-encoding, and/or there is no way to export knowing for sure that you are not re-encoding.

Has anyone figured out how to use Apple Classroom remotely? As in students can be in their respective houses and the teacher can still interact using Apple Classroom.

I am so intimidated by your beautiful choice boards. I would like to make one for my 2nd and 3rd grade students so they have a checklist within each "bubble" to do an activity two or three times a week so they know what their choices are when they are not on Zoom. Would you be willing to share your templates that are so beautiful? Have you used one with a checkbox for students to track what they do each week? My email is nclark@holyfamilyparish.org.

What are your thoughts about using the Google Drive desktop sync program? Our school is growing into full use of GAFE, and we've made the transition from our employees' H: drives to using Google Drive (so it sounds like we're not too far behind you all). For these legacy file formats, some employees, particularly office staff who work with a lot of existing documents and spreadsheets, using Google Drive sync is very comfortable since it behaves almost exactly like their old Documents/My Documents folder. But it's also somewhat of a crutch as they don't necessarily get nudged toward using the web version of Google Drive as much. Students, on the other hand, are 100% comfortable with using Google Drive - no surprise there!
