Crying or remembering them with pain does not allow them to reach enlightenment and peace.

Spirits can transcend when they feel that their loved ones can continue without them and will be okay.

When a loved one passes away, we can mourn their loss for 3 days, then we must save their photos, personal things and memories, so that the spirit can transcend.

How do we get into a physical body? Where do we sit in it and how do we control it?

In other words you just adopt the biggest picture perspective you can. How does source (an eternal all loving collective that you are an inseparable part of) see this Situation? As Abe explains if it hurts, your thinking is opposite of the truth. Try thinking the opposite of what you are currently thinking and see how it feels. Good? Then it’s the story you stick with. 🤟🙏❤️

Heart and mind open, the vibration set - into a SUPER-natural state that flows. ☺ Recognizing resistance, shift to focus on desires, really enjoy playing the game, speaking it into reality and then - the Noticing, the observations of the little things. That Amplifying something about self/another/situation and meeting on the level of the desire in it coming about. So to find That Upliftment first. Offering it Up On Purpose. Getting ahead of the sensitivity of emotion as indicator and leaning in toward positivity to keep the vibe, momentum, flow. Hearing it broken down so succinctly is rather awe-inducing - this recognition of co-creative energy in flow, raised to levels of desire - so inspiring.
