Four Times Harder than Stainless Steel
Lol, just a little bit of butter.
You mean he used too little of butter?
Really love this form of long form content! I wish more people can see this especially the part about not having to baby the nanobond
FLIP THAT EGG!
i dunno mine sticks with eggs. maybe i preheated too much but i tried several times
Practice makes perfect, medium low 3min. Test with water beading before adding oil. Add oil and wait 1 min for oil to preheat, food in and let it release naturally, don't touch and you'll be golden.
sound advices. these steps works very easy
really did consider it. sadly pick up a "made in" cookware. next time imma try the pan set.
🔥 sooo has anyone done any study if this it's truly safe? just like how ta-felon done with their pans. even if they try to hide it. xD
Wow its 3 years old. Interesting. I saw one irs being sold on Amazon. One of the reviews got a picture... Said its made in Thailand, for the metal flat round lids.
Afiyet olsun..
All-clad is better.
Why aluminium, whyyyyyy
4 times more durable, not 400
I'm trying to get a pan that can last a couple dozen generations, and I think I found it :)
Get the F over lying
It's not non stick
Why is the copper so thin? Would it be better at 1.8 or 2.0? Beautiful pan!
it’s 4 times stronger (400%)
This guy is a consummate professional
Why Hestan does not make conical sauciers?
Would chose European-made pan than American-made All Clad. American-made pans are overrated.
These are made in Italy
Lucky chef & business'
yay hestan never disappoints, they even DIDN'T flip the egg 😂 I always scream NOOO everytime people flip their eggs this the first time I said YAY
Why nooo? Nothing wrong with an egg flip
@em1860 EVERYTHING is wrong with an egg flip 😩😭 I like the sunny side up that's the TRUE pan test if the whites around the yolk can solidify without the need to be flipped
@@handleisGG you've been eating raw white
wanna prove how good your pans are ..burn some thing into it... cook like an idiot cook... show us that and then u might sell your pans.
I only use the hestan nanobond, copper bond, iron cast staub and lecruset
Is there a technique to avoid even that light residue that was left stuck in the pan at the end?. I mean like it looked at the end of the fried egg. Why does scramble eggs leave more stuck residue than other ways?
It probably happens when he reduces the heat. If the heat is high enough it creates a steam layer. Trade off of high heat is possibly browned eggs.
@@derfman1963 Does the steam layer is what makes it nonstick?
But unfortunately, you can't buy a lid for this pan.
Not true, on the US website they sell lids. There are 3 sizes and they list them as fitting multiple products. The 'small' lid fits: 8.5" skillets, 3qt saucepans, 3qt soup pots, 2qt sauciers. The medium and large lits fit the other skillets as well as other products like the saute pans. So if you already had the medium and large saute pans then you shouldn't need to buy them for the medium or large fry pans. If you are outside the US then you will need a proxy server to access the site or it will redirect you to the European one which doesn't list them. They also sell the Thomas Keller Insignia commercial paddle style lids in 3 sizes as well.
I was also going to write that it was HESTAN UK & Europe.
You said Cadillac. More like Ferrari. 😅
Uh, cookware has remained unchanged for hundreds of years until Hestan? I believe you are using innovations that All Clad came up with around 50 years ago. Also I don’t believe you were the first to come up with sealed rims either.
$300-450 pan/pot and it's put in a Dishwasher???.... SMDH.....Tell me you don't know how to cook or clean example 101
What size pot are you using ?
Wow, an obnoxious, pushy ad, just like they have on TV.
🙌🙌🙌
stainless steel is not a base metal it is an alloy of iron and chromium. and the temperature to vaporise chromium or titanium is roughly twice the melting point of stainless steel. this video is complete bs
...or, the smart science people figured out another way to do it, and it's not "bs."
Who would spend $$$$ on this brand of cookware and place them in a Dishwasher???....As If a dishwasher would get them cleaner than washing by hand if they really had been coated with caked/baked on or burnt on food ??...Absolutely Delusional
Me. I want simplicity and my little countertop dishwasher keeps me motivated. I'm shopping nano bond atm
Restaurants, people with big families, lazy people, etc. To answer your question, a dishwasher absolutely cleans better, the temperature alone is higher than any temp you'd wash with by hand. You're paying for the sealed rims you may as well take advantage of them... even all clad doesn't have sealed rims I would personally never put my expensive pans in the dishwasher because I plan on keeping them for the longest time possible, and the harsh detergents will dull the finish, but to think you can wash something better by hand than a dishwasher is the real delusional take here.
Me. The point of buying fully sealed is to make it truly dishwasher safe.
Love my Hestan Probond, Thomas Keller, and Ovenbond pieces. Even better, they are made in Italy.
How about you stick w cooking.
Beautiful
Pure Bull It cannot be "pure" copper performance, folks, because it is not purely copper. Simple. - -
The Eye of the Beholder This collection is no more copper cookware than Himalayan pink salt is Himalayan. Its branding is a total marketing gimmick: The copper band is almost entirely cosmetic. What counts in cookware performance is what is the thickness of what is on the * bottom * of each pan, and in this case it is layers of steel, aluminum (for conductivity), and steel, just as in any 3-ply stainless. All very cynical, really. - -
The layers of the 5 ply Hestan Coppercore are as follows: stainless, aluminum, copper (1mm), aluminum, stainless. The copper ring you see on the outside is visible because they removed the exterior stainless and aluminum layers to make the copper layer visible. It is copper cookware.
@@TheChaziowhy not make the copper thicker; say 1.5 or 1.8? Very beautiful pan.
😂 As if you can really cook!😅
don't use non stick only cast iron
Imagine that the newer one works better than the older one😂 at least you're a woman that is cooking nowadays it's lucky if you're a woman who's not trying to be a man.
Never use teflon coated pans
its teflon coated teflons a forever chemical you really wanna cook on that.....
How the hell did you get 400 times stronger than steel that is impossible because nothing is 400 times stronger than steel
Love my Hestan Thomas Keller cookware. These pieces outperform my All Clad pieces that I've owned for over 20 years.
It's also NEW!
Not traditional but I would tare it the fuck up sir.
There are only two brands of cookware I will use - Hestan Nanobond, and Le Creuset cast iron.
