Went there every week for six years still recognize some of the people.

Was a Punatic from the 80's to late 90s. I.had a small video production office next to.Luquins, The Mexican Restaurant that burned down a few years back.along with the Akebono Theater. I still have digitized videos of Pahoa and the shops residents hanger ons etc.

I lived at three different homes/properties in Leilani Estates through out the 1990's. Beautiful subdivision. One of the homes covered by Pele was my friend Gary's on Luana Street.

Thank you for this video. I know this is two years old but thank you. I’m from the mainland, but I own real estate over in HPP and I cannot wait to get back. The section where you’re at that’s where we go fishing. Not me but my relatives go fishing over there. I’m not into fishing but where you’re standing is where we pretty much stand or sitting in our chairs and enjoy the ocean. I’m just surprised in this video. I don’t see any other people around you. You’re just by yourself. Well wanted to say Mahalo for this video.🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽 and I own real estate on 19th St. and we stay on 11th St. near Paradise
