The ICSAN’S Professional Examinations ICSAN Professional Examinations consist of the 16 subjects subdivided to four (4) Stages; Foundation Pre-Professional Economics Management Information Systems General Principle of Law Management Principle & Practice Quantitative Techniques Business Law Communication Skills Introduction to Accounting Professional Programme 1 Professional Programme 2 Corporate Law Financial Management & Strategy Strategic and Operations Management Corporate Secretaryship & Board Dynamics Management Accounting Corporate Admin &Risk Management Financial Accounting Governance: Public,Private & Not- for -Profit REGISTRATION FEES Foundation and pre- professional stages N21,000 Professional stage N28,000 Corp Members/NLS Students N16,500 EXEMPTION FEES Related Degrees N24,000 Non-Related Degrees N20,000 EXAMINATION FEE Foundation N8,500 per Subject Pre- Professional N10,500 per Subject Professional programme parts 1& 2 N 25,000 per Subject Renewal fee (paid annually) N5,000 RESIT FEES Foundation & Pre - Professional stages N5,000 Professional Stage N15,000 The examinations are held in June and December of every year. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Graduates with related degrees ( B.Sc./HND Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, LL.B and ICSAN’S CPA )Holders of Professional Qualifications ( ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIBN)are exempted from all subjects in Foundation, Pre-Professional and Professional Programme part 1 stages, they only need to write and pass all the subjects in the professional programme part 2.non- related degrees holders are to write and pass six subjects i.e Corporate Law and Financial Accounting in Professional Programme part 1 and the subjects in Professional Programme part 2.
