Not precise enough, BC is too big . You need to specific on city of Vancouver , Burnaby and Richmond etc. your information is too general , not detail enough .
I much appreciate your feedback and agree that this is very general. I do have the specifics available and willing to share them with you at anytime. My hesitation of going into the specifics is that it makes the video over half an hour and people do not seem to watch it then- I do appreciate your points
@@vancouverrealtorrolandkym I see other agents who talk about each cities in bc for the price, like Vancouver east shows growth not decline on housing price , more opportunity than Fraser valley . We need to see those details . If you are only talking about BC that include a lot of cities , not accurate . We are buying for living or investing , we need to see opportunities, not too general information .
GVA Real Estate is unaffordable under prevailing Financial conditions in the foreseeable..... Full Stop. You can NOT expect price discovery valuations facilitated by no more than an unprecedented low rate fueled speculative false demand metric.... to be sustainable under the now altered "Financial" conditions implied by any BoC rate maintained positive above the zero bound 2% inflation target maintained therein against further 'debasement' based DEBT expansion. Simply put.... any BoC rate lowering(s) can NOT prevent GVA/GTA Real Estate from correcting, and we are indeed just entering the Fear/Capitulation phase into recession/demand destruction and painful deleveraging cycle.
