IKOS is a very expensive hotel , but it used to be Club Med and that was just as exclusive as IKOS i was there in 2004 when Club Med was still operating with my then girlfriend , we are married now ;) . But it was the same. They took over the beaches with watersports ect. That road going down to the beach was the same back then , nothing has changed. Same as the guard at the top of the road . IKOS did rebuild the hotel and the apartments though thats all been revamped

I was in Kos around that time last year and the year before , i stay in Tigaki but i always go to Kefalos as well its nice round there , amazing beaches

“Old Skala, all uphill, not a lot to see to be honest”? Apart from the ruins of old Skala which was devastated by an earthquake & some of the most beautiful, spectacular views from the higher ground, no I suppose not🙄
