Congested Port of NY and NJ with heavy ship traffic including passing super close by on the narrow Kill Van Kull exiting to/from Hudson River. I've heard that the Shades of Death road sign was the single most stolen road sign in America. And when I was in NJ recently I drove over to the road intent on stealing it... Only to find out that the sign has been changed to something that cannot be removed and stolen. Damn!!

Amazing view! I'm amazed you guys are allowed to fly a drone there. Here in Europe régulations are more complex and strict so you normally can't fly on busy waterways and ports sadly. Are you a professional photographer or is this your hobby?

Very cool video I never knew about this. Also if you are interested in abandoned rail structures you should check out the LIRR Rockaway Beach Branch, most of the branch is untouched since it was abandoned in the 1960s.
