@@Brian-qb7svI asked my chat gpt and I think with these aspects, it should work :) Tip for Printing A4 Sewing Patterns on US Letter Paper Select "Actual Size" or "100% Scale" when printing: In the printer settings, ensure no automatic scaling (such as "Fit to Page") is applied. This is important to maintain the correct dimensions of the pattern. Paper Size Selection: Most printers in the US can print A4 files on US Letter paper as long as "Actual Size" is selected. However, a small part of the margins might get cut off. Verify with a Calibration Box: Your PDF should include a calibration box or scale (e.g., 10cm x 10cm), allowing users to confirm the correct size after printing. Optional - Use A4 Paper: Some printers allow manual selection of the paper size. US customers could purchase A4 paper (available online) and load it into their printer.

Thank you! You can just use the straight stitch for everything. You don‘t necessarily have to clean up the seam allowance edges. But if you want to you can just Look if your sewing machine has a type of nice zigzag stitch/overlock stitch
