Be quicker in a land rover
Ah but think of all the positive benefits of exercise and knowing you're not polluting a rare and precious habitat!
I go anuual canoeing here
Amazing place for a cycle.
Looks like a nice route. Have a great weekend
Great video, looks like a great little train ride and the dog looks super keen
Thank you. Have you checked out part 3 where the dog decides to jump out and race the train?
Very nice creek 🙂 I like video 👍
Nice watelfall video 🙂
Thank you 👍
@@thesolitarycyclist9005 Thank you for video sharing 🙂
Love to see the Cotswolds highlighted. Thank you
More to come!
Walked this route often. Nice video.
Used to live in Buckby back in the day so great to return and see that the area still remains largely unspoilt. A mile or so off the M1 and A45 and it's another, deeply rural world for the large part.
Great Video. I'm Your Fan.
Great Video. I'm Your Fan.
Beautiful scenery - peculiar hollow/whirring noise though, any idea what that is?
Yes it's the chainset and road noise. Unfortunately the position of the GoPro tends to amplify the sound. Maybe I'll add ambient music as a soundtrack. Glad you enjoyed the ride though.
@@thesolitarycyclist9005 is it perhaps possible to attach an external mic to the go pro? The ambient sounds are nice, but perhaps a microphone positioned on the handlebars would sound better.
Love that little stream on the left hand side as you go through long bredy.
Need to revisit as I can't remember that! Funny when you're riding you are so concentrating on avoiding the potholes that you miss the little vignettes that make this area so alluring.
Hi, lovely scenery but why is your bike so noisy? 😊
The GoPro does seem to pick up on the road noise! May play around with the audio settings next upload.
ah the roads i cycle all over are in this video-
They're great roads!
Great video of the cornish country roads
These villages and limestone houses often with roses in front of them are really beautiful. The Cotswolds are so underrated.
Absolutely. Have you seen my ride through the Slaughters? Think it was part 6 or 7 of this ride,
How long did it take you all the way around mate?
About 45 minutes.
This is great. Loved it.
The railway stole the nice footpath through the tunnels up to Beddgelert
It would be great to be able to ride alongside the WHR all the way to Beddgelert. That would make for some truly spectacular scenery.
Fabulous! I cycle that route a few times a week, sadly not as fast 😆
The driver and I had quite a little battle on the way up to Dinas. I made a mistake of trying to show off to the passengers by letting the train get ahead. As such I was definitely struggling as we came to the final climb but Phil, the driver had to lift off as we approached the station which enabled me to catch up at the end!
Great video again, looks like you were moving at a pace in some parts 😁
GoPro 8 actually Steve. Potentially getting a bit long in the tooth but I refuse to buy a new version every year!
Great video, it looks like it was filmed with the immortal Gopro 9, keep up the good work 👍
i used to live there!
It's a great place!
The quality is so good!! New fan here!🤘

Hey Oli. Nice to see some riding foorage from the UK coutryside. Ride safe. JP the old guy :)
Thanks JP. More to come!
@@thesolitarycyclist9005 I look forward to it :)
Thanks for the tour down the byways of Gloucestershire. I have to say, though, that a handlebar mount would not be my first choice because of the constant Rumble of noise through the frame and also the view angle wobbles back and forth with each Pedal stroke. How about a chest Mount next time?
Thanks for the feedback. Please check out my more recent videos in which I use a k Edge mount and GoPro8 with hypersmooth. Hopefully puts an end to that seasickness rolling motion!
I’m in this vid lol
Nice
Thanks
Bonjour, John Bennett. this is better video. thanks. :)
Glad you liked it!
Hi John. Just subscribed to your channel. Looks like you're at an early stage, but well done for getting stuck in. You need to get some editing software, and select just the best bits and then knit it all together. I use the free version of Da Vinci Resolve 15... I've had it for 12 months, but even now it can seem difficult to use for tricky things. I often resort to a quick RUclips film to show me how to do what it is I'm trying to do. All the best. With your love and knowledge of the countryside I'm sure things will go very well for your channel.
