      @@songsbajao6305 finding radius of the capillary tube, used in the Barometer setup of Poiseuille Method is a different experiment, You can find the radius of the capillary using a travelling microscope, length of the tube can be measured using a scale.

      If you are testing this way on CRO The two connecting probes provide sufficient voltage to the components you are testing. Also if components are commented with any external power source that will affect the functioning of CRO. And lastly if there are more than one component in the circuit, the power present due to external sources will make the entire circuit working and the curve obtained on the screen of CRO will be a superposition n of several components
