My original tribute to an influence and inspiration. A bro-crush would be to say the least. Guitar used was a Parker Fly through Pinnacle overdrive.

Loved it, to bad is so short
@@Jeanuca thanks greatly!
HOW IS UR CURSOR NOT GLITCHED, MINE IS SO TRASH IT WOULD GLITCH WHEN I TRY TO MOVE MY CAMERA PLS REPLY QUICK
bBackgroundMouse=1 you need to add this string into the file fallout.ini under the paragraph "controls" also, use a wireless mouse for freer movement after that addition
I never understood why anyone would play games on a mac rather then a pc
because we are casual gamers. pc is less productive for daily life. so we use mac for life and work and play a game or two. if that casual preference happens fallout 4 then we make it run. i personally only play fallout 4, nothing else. so a pc is not justified. hope this explains
Because if I want to game, while spending time with my wife, it’s easier to just play on my MacBook

no matter what i try when i launch the game i always get a black screen with the audio of the vault tec video intros and nothing more
I understand what you mean. If it is through Steam that you are launching the game they have made so many updates to the client in the last year that its a true gamble to run the game. It does still work very well as a standalone without Steam. From torrents... Crossover was well optimized lately and 120 fps at full graphics on an M1 are easily accomplished. Don't use steam.
@@jaryig3462 ive found out what the problem was, i dont use apple silicon rather an older nvidia graphics chip and it turned out to be a driver problem i installed the latest driver patches and it worked well i never got the audio to work with crossover so i switched over to wineskin and installed the winetrick xact_64 and the audio worked still not perfectly, it stutters and clips but its not unusable i still have performance issues even though my computer should technically be able to run it, i could see if the performance in crossover is better and maube i can botch the audio to work
That's great man! Now for the audio you can unpack all files into wav format and it will work flawlessly. It will take of 110 gb of space on your hd and will require 3-4 minutes to load at every launch. There is a great you tube video tutorial. Using Bethini to unpack
@@jaryig3462 i think ill skip that step, it works but it clips slightly getting it up to playable performance is more important for me, ill report my findings
Man, you should run it exactly in 720p - 1280*720 - it is designed this way - it was for NV cards back in the day and VR mode, just check it out on MacBook screen!
And a would be nice to check VR too.
What version of crossover are you using? Could you do a video on how you got the game working properly through crossover?
Here is what I have: You must ABSOLUTELY use Windows 8.1 mode in Wine Bottle settings as default global settings. Any other windows version will be unstable. Graphics: Crossover 21.0. In Wine configuration I have all enabled BUT the “Emulate a Virtual Desktop” is disabled. Next right click Bottle and in settings I have enabled only; Performance enhanced graphics, DXVK Backend for D3D11, Performance enhanced synchronization (ESync). "High resolution mode" is left off. If you launch into the dark screen try the following: 1-in Fallout4prefs.ini (located in documents/games/fo4/etc.. make sure your resolution fits your monitor properly. Do NOT use the FO4 Launcher.exe to do your resolution for you. in the .ini file make sure that it looks similar to this: bMaximizeWindow=0 bBorderless=1 bFull Screen=0 iSize H=1117 iSize W=1728 (replace iSize H and W with your mac’s CURRENT desktop resolution and not the resolution that you wish for. (That later). Please note DESKTOP and NOT apple SCREEN resolution that is advertised when they sell computers. What I mean is my laptop resolution is 3456X2234, but the actual videocard output is 1728x1117. As long as your desktop is matching your .ini resolution value Crossover will be able to take it in. DO NOT use full screen. Full screen mode will not give you a working resolution off the bat, and even if it does it will COMPRESS your textures making the mac work beyond its power and will get chop. Find out your macs resolution in: display preferences/scaled, the put mouse over it and read: Looks like....xxxx by xxxx etc. If all this fails before try to plug the computer to an external monitor via HDMI and adopt THAT monitor’s resolution. Put laptop into clamshell mode and launch game on ONE SCREEN OPERATING ONLY. Laptop lid closed. That will disable your screen completely and go to the next available screen. **When you manage to launch the game** If it is choppy it is more than likely your MOUSE adaptation. The mouse will chop the game unless you add in Fallout4.ini (please note this is not the SAME .ini file as earlier) [Controls] fMouseHeadingXScale=.021 fMouseHeadingYScale=.021 bBackgroundMouse=1 you need to add :bBackgroundMouse=1, and save. If the game runs well and without chop at this point (due to mouse) but the mouse leaves the game window and you are unable to make a 360 degree view continuously without loosing the cursor: change your wired mouse to a wireless mouse or a wireless controlled. whatever it is it must be wireless. The trackpad however on your mac should work flawlessly.
@@jaryig3462 Do you know how to fix the windowed problem? Mine cant run fullscreen and so i cant move my mouse 360 degrees without it hitting my macbooks screen bezels.
@@reos7496 hello, you know the only way I fixed this is by using a wireless device; either a bluetooth mouse or a bluetooth joystick. for this version of crossover so far there is no workaround. a windowed mode set to fullscreen mode will not even help, it will just consume more cpu for same resolution. try a cheap bluetooth mouse friend.
@@jaryig3462 Great guide! Any suggestions on fixing lack of dialogue/music?
@@oresttokovenko hello! because crossover is always updating and so is steam, any config I've mentioned in this video could now be outdated. All i can say is if you are running a torrented fallout 4 you need to add 4 overrides in WINE CONFIGURATION-LIBRARIES-NEW OVERRIDE FOR LIBRARY-x3daudio1_6 and x3daudio1_7 and xaudio2_6 and xaudio2_7 . dont forget to ADD and APPLY. this will resolve your sound trouble in torrented Fallout 4. If you are running a STEAM fallout 4 through the steam client, the resolve is harder. you will have to unpack all of the sound files into .WAV format. there is a tutorial on this on youtube if you do a quick search. in my video i am using crossover version 21.0. cheers!

I've known G since we were teenagers, and i consider him one of my closest and most valuable friends. Unfortunately we got busy with life but i hold dear memories of studio jams and life preformamces. I can allways hear the silent hill influence in his music which gets me nostalgic. What a beautiful humble song from a very complex mind. A tallanted musician who appreciates all kinds of music, who playes multiple instruments. An author, a composer and a philosopher (since he was 17). I hope we get together at one point for a good old jam session. Untill then, please keep them coming.
brother you overqualify me, but thank you for the kind words. your channel is huge with LOTS of good music. everyone should be a fan
