Do you think using the wrong fluid can cause seepage. I put a brand new transfer case in mine and it’s seeping and I didn’t use that exact fluid. I used the Valvoline full synthetic that said it was recommended for auto track 11 transfer cases.

I changed out the actuator and switch. Cleaned the grounds and sprayed protectant on them. Still acted a bit funky. I pulled those fuses and they've gotten awful hot. Like the spades were turning blue at one time. I replaced both fuses, and the 4 wd acts like nothing happened.

What ladder?

I got one 7 months ago and it just quit yesterday. Good while it lasted. Got Allstate 2 year warranty with it. They said have to use manufacturer warranty first. Called manufacturer and they said it wasnt listed. Probably should have just taken it back to walmart

Supposedly you can wire in a 47k ohm resistor and get rid of the sensor and the alternator Will properly charge the battery. And bro those wheels are sick.

Did your issues seem temperature sensitive? My 2003 Suburban has very similar behavior and often now when it's bitter cold, I start it and it's put itself into 4 low, very hard to get it out of that

Mine was the ATC fuse under the hood . Just rebuilt the transfer case and the fuse blew afyer I drove into some deep snow . Thought I blew the new t case out lol.

Hey everyone let me help a bit. I own the same charger my battery died 100% a snowstorm pulled the battery out of the car hooked it up to that same charger took 15 hours to fully charge from 0 and worked like brand new. Do not purchase or use if you’re looking for a quick start or quick charge get the expensive one but if you can charge your battery and forget it about it then it’s perfect yes it does work but it takes TIME!

Pay attention: 3 amps means one will get a "Deep" long ; lasting Charge...a fast "charge" is using 20 amps-50 amps will make the flashing (when done light) stop quicker.. I call that a cheap fast charge. 3 amps allows the battery to soak up a deep charge (battery plates inside tell the story) TRAINSLATION: a HALF CHARGED BATTARY charged by a 3amp charger will take longer too charge (which is good) but will Jump start more, cars more times than a faster 20 amp Charger!!

Thank you for this. I have a 96 and my code was P1493. It turns out that my wire was actually wedged underneath between the car frame and the battery mounting plate so I couldn't pull on the wires to unplug it. I had to remove my battery mount and when I did that, it looked like the wire had been crushed under there exposong bare wire. We had snow here and the wire was wet underneath where the jacket had cracked , which I think triggered it. I trimmed off the two crushed sections, about 1" each, and butt spliced it and reinstalled it after a thorough cleaning. I never ever would've found thought to look without this video.

how many check valves are there? where are they supposed to be and which direction should they go?

I got a 2007 GMC Denali envoy the 4x4 light does not come when I bought it 3 months ago it all worked no there's no light showing up I put a new switch in it still no light can some one give me some pointers to fix this problem
