Intruder!
Mom flies into the nest carrying a kill and vocalizing an alarm. Watch the upper left screen closely at about 10:27:20. Dad flies across, in hot pursuit of an intruder. He returns to the nest, but the couple scream in protest as the shadow of a big bird, most likely the offender, passes over. Who was the invader? Best speculation is a juvenile eagle because it was big and not really intimidated.

The intruder hung around a bit too. They feasted on the kill and Mr flew off, then the intruder came back around the top of the hour.
Hot damn, now those are some wild & crazy alarms. The nests in the neighboring communities probably even heard those. Lol. WTG Mom & Dad ❤️🦅🦅❤️
Great to see success, #1 "Tubs" looking great earlier! Hope all involved are smiling wide.
Yaay 🦜 be kind to our Planet Earth 🌎
Thank you Katherine and the team for all you do! 👍♥️
Newer info would be nice. We have question out here. Do the eagles have names, they seem to be having trouble bring food to the nest for jr.
Why is there nothing newer than 3 years ago? Alot has happened since then
I'm still looking for any information on the eagles nesting now 1/15/24. I can't find if she is incubating 1 or 2 eggs. I can't find when the eggs were laid. Are the eagles named and are there any plans on banding them? It would be a really good idea to add another camera to the nest so people can see the eggs for pipping and hatching. Otherwise, there's no reason for someone to stay and watch. I realize that can't be done now, you will have to wait until the season is over. I have left messages on Facebook and sent emails with no response.
That is fantastic 😊 Thank you ❤
Are there any plans to band the Eagles that nest in the area?
That's cool
God bless you for reminding me! 🙏 ❤️
Is this a different pair of Eagles ? I was watching the pair that was in the tower, last year. Is this their second nest ? 🦅❤️🙂🦅

Fantastic! Seeing people right up by the nest made me realize just how big it is!
🦅 eagleholic my name and this is my dream to share with the WORLD the miracle of the Eagles, how they come to the same nest season after season, to prepare their nest as a paired couple, mateing, nurturing their Creation (eggs), and afterwards teaching eaglets what Eagles do. By having this camera, We can observe, share your thoughts and answer your questions and watch what God is sharing with us. I hope this means as much to you now and in the future, Season to Season.
Thank you so much for doing an overview Carol!!!!
