Thanks so much ! My daughter’s 2015 had the same issue, I looked behind scuff panel, and under power distribution in engine compartment like all the videos say with no luck. I came across your video and thought can’t hurt to look. Well apparently she’d spilled soda down there, all the loose change was practically glued inside cup holders. Soda was on the harness too under the console. Took the console out, cleaned all the connections, took the 4WD switch apart and cleaned. It works just fine now!

Part number for the transfer case switch is 5107932AA. Mopar has it for $80 but other websites have it for $54

Video is a bit all over the place, however thank you for sharing I will be replacing my switch. The handle broke off.

It's actually called the ''4WD Transfer Case lock Switch''......Edit: I have to get one because it could be the problem with my 2010 Patriot faulting & setting off the 4WD! warning light. *** I took the switch apart & 2 of the 6 pin's had a lot of corrosion on them & what looked like they weren't making contact to the PCB.*** We shall see. Learned one thing about the Jeep lines, their electrical is cheap garbage.....
