@@AVGstrEnjoyer i just got so.used to eating the attacks and out DPS'ing w heavy armour, but tbh a no lock on run seems more effective and there appears to be much higher dps output than my simple claymore +15 I typically prefer
@@rustyshackleford8497 in general for DeS, ds1 and ds2 you don't use lock on except very few occasions and for tanking hits it's impossible at lvl1 ng+6, you get one shot by most bosses
@@AVGstrEnjoyer Oh, my guy is like lvl 200-some, but I could definitely see that. Going to try an SL1 run now tho and actually be *patient* and do no lock on for fun. Spice things up a bit, heh

The fast 6 or 9 needle double shot, is the butterfly anticipating your path, but your character isn't actually moving in the direction it thinks because of the collision with the brick wall, and that's why it's missing? I've never been able to consistently dodge that, even with roll.
@@NautilusXO the way i learned to do it no roll is basically imagining the attack and it's path in my mind so the one you talking about will be hits from left hits from the middle and hits from the right if you are moving exactly like the character the left and right ones will hit the small wall easily no worries the one you looking to be dodging is the one in the middle, and it's all done by positioning correctly with or without sprinting in way that you don't sprint too much to get in the range of it but also keeping up with the butterfly movement in case she did the big souls arrows u circle around it
