令和4年（2022）9月新調の土生瀧（はぶたき）町〈岸和田市〉の地車（だんじり）の彫刻作業風景です。題材は大坂夏之陣における真田幸村の勇姿です。

いろんな彫り師の動画見たけど ドリル出てきたw やっぱりノミと金槌で掘る職人じゃないと彫り師って思えない
多分僕もあなたと同じ動画みたと思うんですが、あれはくりぬく部分が多いため、時短でやったのだと思います まあ、一発目がドリルだと「？！」ってなる気持ちわかりますよ(^^;

描いた物をいきなり削った、これでは意味がないきがする、素人だからかな？
彫るための下書きなんですから彫らないと逆に意味がないでしょ 彫師は絵師じゃないんだから 彫って造形して初めて作品になるのです
素人がこんな作品作られるわけないだろ
立体物の彫刻なんですから、書いた部分をめくるのは仕方ないです 下書きはあくまで目安 ちゃんと元の図案見ながら彫ってるので、問題ありませんよ

Exquisite! I was very concerned at first when you just roughly chiseled away most of the design, then I realized it was just for layout. Really wonderful carving.
Where can I get a set of chisels like that?
0Shadowstep - I believe you can get them from Japan. Although, most of the tools they use are usually hand forged but from my understanding, the chisel tools can be purchased and they are beyond compare to others when it comes to being sharp and durable.

Yes, the piece as a whole is beautiful, but the most amazing part to me is that the hands are in perfect position to recieve the spear! The fact that it slides right into them without any bending or forcing is incredible.
