So let me get this right: basically since sage was fired you stopped making videos against apex haha. You are busted chunckytrade. I could never imagine Sage worked for my forex funds. So all this aggressive propaganda against the legit propfirms turned to be a publicity cue. Now the truth shows up where apex is fine and legit and all the scammers who came from FTT got exposed and FTT is closing soon for scamming everyone. No one can make this stuff up

Had to get those funds out of all my PA accounts myself after that email. I knew this was it. I ended up running a smart strategy to get them all out. Using the PA accounts to hedge my live real money accounts that I own. I was able to trade fully hedged all week and blow all these accounts I had a ton of P&L in, then transfer that P&L over to my live trading accounts through counter trading. Take action. Don’t let these people take your hard earned money and time.

I really don't think Darrell cares anymore. He got his money.

He is inspirational to many people and when I first watch his videos they look OK and I subscribe to his channel. After few streams it was boring and obvious that he is not that good of a trader just average like anybody else. His strategy is not a very good one and when he change the metrics to comply to Apex rules it got worst and could be the reason he is not back on track.

Many people get paid, those who don't are most likely not trading by the rules, if they don't show their trade history, everything they say is fud

I feel like I’m repeating myself, but I’ll say it again - with all the other great prop firms available and more on the way, why would anybody waste their time with Apex? You have to be insane if you even consider using them at this point. I canceled all my accounts and I’m onto other firms with success.

The issue is the more complaints to the CFTC regulations will come crashing down. Dispute the charge with your cc and move on

Well I got no more evals and haven’t received any email

I got the same message on my request page, i don't know for how long it has been there. Now i can't even request a payout even though i followed all the rules for 10 days how they wanted it! And they aren't responding to my emails asking about this!

one solution...switch over to fast track trading...they have the best rules in the industry plus NO commissions right now and are growing exponentially, 1-2 more months and fast track will be the #1 prop,

Still havent had an issue with them. I love them. These people need to show their Pa charts. They havent showed their chart once \. The only proof they showed was PnL and claim they "didnt DCA". Been paid out over 20k with them after all the fuss and still no issue.

They are probably running out of cash. They've had to discount everything recently, and I'm guessing all of the people they have banned and denied were some of the larger bulk purchasers of accounts.

I think you read it wrong , I know ppl who was on probation and got a payout . But probation is nothing been there for few months lol . Plus there’s always a buffer don’t get why they included that lol unless traders don’t got buffers lol

I am in the mortgage industry, and I have seen this happen with mortgage companies. First, they start with the excuses. The loan is approved we just have a long wait for loan docs. Then asking for stupid "shit". We are going to need more documentation of x and y and z. This is intended to get you off their backs, get you to do some busy work. Then you send them what they wanted, and then they ask for more stupid shit. The cycle repeats itself. Then poof they are gone. What APEX CEO is doing, is milking the last of the morons, yes the morons that are still at APEX. He is getting as much cash as possible to get out of Dodge city, baby!!! He will be gone shortly!! GONE! To the Bahamas!! Done!! With your money, and a sexy young girl, on a boat. Yes SIR!!! His last words will be "Later days suckers, later days!!"

So what happens if they monitor you and don't approved the live account, they still have to pay you out, there still exist business enthics and the CFTC

I am one of these people been with apex since first 3 months of them being in business. I have watched and directly experienced their practices. I am one of those who is seeing this notification. I’m beyond disgusted by my entire experience watching how they act when we meet their requirements. Beyond disgusting.

i got this email as well but got paid out the past few months.

What a Joke I got this emal after obtaining a 20k payout over two payouts. I was 70 days profitable on a few of my accounts and at this point I cant continue to scale so Im done with APEX because I cant buy any more evals. Its sad because I'm a profitable trader and I was making 6-10k every two weeks. At this point ill request my final payout with this scam company. Clearly they saw that i was becoming successful and following there rules. I guarantee if I had an affiliate link they would keep me around. Please dont use apex because what they will do is deny you when you become profitable. DO NOT USE APEX....

Playing devil’s advocate, it makes sense that Apex WOULD stop people who they are legitimately evaluating for Live if that’s true. Obviously the more PA’s you have, likely the more profit in them you have. You can only have ONE Live account, and all your profits from all your PA’s, less any withdrawals (which would be from sim trading), HAS to be moved to the Live account. So obviously, Apex would rather move someone who has maybe 15K-20K in profits over from 5 PA’s opposed to someone with 20 PA’s and 60-80K in profits.

Nothing changed about Apex trading rules, though. Apex has written its rules in such a way that they can refuse payment FOR ANY REASON. They are refusing so many payouts without being specific about why. Traders should not be using Apex at all. Their discord had a keyword blocker. Your comments weren't posted if you had any kind of complaint.

They have always been a scam but they were so cheap that people kept signing up and new enough people have become profitable traders that Apex couldn’t keep up as not enough new suckers were paying to fund the good traders. What’s worse is that Apex didn’t seems to keep good traders and do profit splits but just let them go. They suck!!

Man I don’t know what the big deal is all I had to do is put a camera up my ass one filming my balls on showing my face my screen my accounts and my trades and I had show it through the camera up my ass but it all worked out.

Their business model seems to have underestimated how many and how much payouts their customers could get and now they are going under because they aren't sustainably proftting.

If anyone still using Apex at this point are completely ignorance, and wasting valuable time/money!!
