Another year to wait again and probbs not even get one then either haha to be honest a 1 inch sensor isnt even big enough for the higher frame rates most of the time either so it should be a 1 inch sensor by compramise not by stand out feature which we are begging for lol

The sensor is just to small there is no point in buying this because action cameras = high fps = high shutter = high iso which needs big sensor for clean image so no point

Inside you see the big difference: The mip-display is also at brightness-level 10 or 100% much darker than the AMOLED display. There is no doubt. I gave my tactix delta solar back, because in normal cloudy days, in rooms or at night - the MIP display was so dim, that you can`t see anything. Only in sunshine the mip is better. But I think, Garmin react now and brought the new AMOLED version.

You may be a sucker for high end garmin but thats money well spent, brother. Enjoy life.

I would really recommend installing handheld companion and set it to auto tdp. I think 40fps looks good, soo i just set it to 40fps and it automatically uses just what it needs to maintain 40. You can choose per game profiles or as i am just one profile for all games

Both are very nice, I just couldn't justify an extra $300 dollars for the amoled. After seeing this video I like the standard better in sunlight and the amoled better inside a building. Thanks for sharing 👍

I prefer the bezel design of the Tactix, but I like the bright green housing around the top right button on the Enduro. My optimum choice is the non Amoled Tactix 7 Pro. I like to have an always-on-display. Also I'm outdoors a lot, so I don't need amoled. Currently I use an Instinct 2x Tactical. A good watch for a much cheaper price.

Glad you sorted the screen with a windows re-install. I just got mine and am very impressed with it too, but I have a few questions if you don't mind! I re-installed windows right away after activating the windows licence, installed GPD's driver collection from their site, Motion Assistant, the AMD software and RTSS. Getting around 50-70 fps 1080p mostly medium settings in Diablo IV at 20W, definitely could tweak for more but seems pretty good to me. Do you use the AMD software to alter graphics settings? I assume if a game offers FSR leaving in 1080p and using that is better than lowering resolution and setting FSR on using the AMD software? Seems to work well for games that don't have native support though. What screen protector are you using? I wasn't planning on using one due to the clamshell and I don't use touch that often, but yours looks like it fits quite well. Do you still have to update the bios on the 2024 to go over 20W TDP? Why do a lot of people use 18W TDP vs 20W? Just a sweetspot for battery/perforance I assume? Do you run in perforance mode power settings in windows? Do you use the 'fan curve 1'? Seems to be working well for me. 'Secure boot' turned off flagging in Windows security centre on my device? Do you know what the tjmax/how hot you can get the APU? Have only seen 70 degrees so far and usually mid 60's which seems very good. Thanks!
