Hi buddy, i say this to help. Hopfuly you next ship will work better. Think balance. Balance your weight. Also, center-line gyros are a pivotal point; moving them from your center line makes using them harder.

You had your dampeners set to Auto, you need to press z 2 times, one to disable them and one to enable them in respect to the planet (default dampeners). Also to set them to Auto again if you need it's ctrl+z or shift+z I forgot whichone. Auto means aligned to the ship you are corrently in btw.

I just love it when the screen is full of ad boxes so I can’t see what’s going on. I played on day one when it was a subscription… all the boxes would get on my nerves.

Your not ready to be in there. You need to work on your accuracy and damage. You need more shield and armor pen. I would also focus into beam overload instead of FAW. It has a waaaaay higher damage output. If you want to proc your NX trait then use CSV (cannon scatter volley) as it has a separate cooldown to FAW and BO. Which have conflicting cooldowns. You need better cooldowns for your skills. I would heavily recommend running Photonic Officer (no. 1 is decent enough). And Boimler Effect space trait (Exchange or Lobi store). The temporal rep trait also helps, as do the last points in the captain skill tree. Hmm... what are you running for damage consoles on your NX? I run colony protomatters for the healing, but vulnerability locators are good as well.

Did you take a PvE build with beam fire at will and beam overload (which have conflicting cool downs) into Ker'rat (the borg zone)? Because Ker'rat is also the main PvP zone (only PvP zone I should say) in the game that isn't an arena que

If I could offer you some advice, 1st thing you need to do is get your ability tray organized. Get rid of the unneccessary stuff from your tray that doesn't deal specifically with combat (like non-combat pet summons) and arrange your tray so that everything you need is in one location including bridge officer abilities. There's really no need to have to keep moving back and forth across the screen when you can put everything into one location, plus it reduces the clutter on your screen. Next thing you need to do is figure out what kind of play style you want to have. Do you want DPS dealing boom and zoom, a tank that can soak up huge amounts of damage and draw fire from weaker teamates, or do you want to deal primarily with dealing exotic damage and debuffs to your opponents? Depending on which one you choose should determine which ship type to play and which consoles you should use. For example, if you want to be a high DPS boom and zoom, then you want to emphasize consoles that increase weapon damage and top speed. Once you've figured all of that out, then you should look at your power levels. Going back to the boom and zoom example, set your power levels to allocate more to weapons and engines. That way the power to those subsystems will always be there when you need to. Use abilities to shore up the other subsystems. For example, emergency power to shields and science team are great for keeping your shield levels up. Make sure your slotted bridge officers' abilities match your play style and the type of ship you are using. If you are running beams for example, then your bridge officers do not need to have abilities that deal with cannons. Finally, look at your equipped weapons and consoles. The higher the mark and quality of your gear, the better off you will be. Make sure you are using one weapon type. If you have phaser consoles, then all of your beam weapons should be phasers, and the same with torpedos. I hope this helps, and I hope that epic level gear I sent to you helps out.
