Sir I will be traveling to Sikkim from Dehradun, Uttarakhand with my dog. So I just wanted to know if I do the tatkal booking then will I be getting the coupe. Or if I booked before for coupe then do I need to write an application from Delhi as well or the application I submitted in Dehradun will be enough for entire journey.
