-I think working with a 3D designer and getting a NEW bezel printed to match the new monitor could be cool. If not, a custom resolution to match the bezel using Nvidia software is rather easy to do. -After that, maybe using a RCA to USB capture card and getting the VHS to work again could be cool. Could use it to convert old movies and make the VHS work again. -You could also move those buttons from the monitor TO the outside somehow. -Emulators would be nice. Playing old Atari/ Arcade games on the PC would complete the look. -It needs a nice arcade front end like Retro-Bat or Launchbox. An 8bitdo wireless arcade stick would be nice. -Also on the subject of modding, maybe mount a speaker IN the housing of the TV so when you play some 1v1 Mortal combat, the sound will come out of the TV. Could be easy to mod some USB powered speakers OR if you are ambitious, use an arcade cabinet audio kit with an amp/DAC.

Great job. Looking forward to see build with working tube too. Also keeping VHS deck is a huge miss, so much space wasted - with size like this and rotated internal frame it capable of holding some powerhouse GPU like 4090 to be ultimate sleeper.
