The grove was a witches coven before the Lutheran Church made it a retreat. My family followed the Lutheran migration west into the Tennessee/Ohio Valley until the 40's. Grandpa moved to Phoenix and became an engineer at Motorola Semiconductor Division. I always knew my Grandma Pitman was a witch in the old way, hiding in the Lutheran Church. Pitman Grove has alot of hidden history for sure.

Your videos are so helpful! I really appreciated the talks around kids with regards to parks and activities available. I’m still going through your videos but I’d love to hear your advice on which town has ‘busy’ things for kids? Like swimming pools, splash pads, trampoline parks, amusement parks, arcades, museums, children’s museum, botanical garden, zoos, etc. Or has things like dance classes, swim lessons, gymnastics, music lessons, library reading to kids…. Our current town of 80K population but doesn’t have these types of things or they are very limited that we have to travel an hour away for 🙁
