I’m having this same issue with my fusion IQ. I was wondering if you could let me know the seller of the power switch you bought? There are several from eBay and overseas sellers as well and I’d like to know if I’m getting the cables as well as the switch because none of them specify what all comes with it and I’d like to get the cables and not just the switch. Thank you.

Their tech support is not even close to what it used to be. I’m dealing with them now. You basically have to cuss them out to get anything done. You can’t be nice. They have a bunch of newbies now and customer service is slacking too. My next machine I’m going with Geo Knight. When I got my machine back in 2018, you will get transferred to Tech Support and have a chance to speak to someone right away but now they have changed up how they run Tech Support so now you gotta submit a ticket and wait for them to call you back. But I’ll let them know. I’m not about all that weight and my machine cost me too much guy bag on money and I have orders to fulfill, so quit playing with me and let’s get it. Finally a person that runs the district that I live in. Call me back because I told him I was really dislike them up on social media and let people know don’t even bother. What’s the point of having a 3000 or $5000 machine if you can’t get proper tech-support that’s BS I have no expectations for them little cheap Chinese machines but for an American made machine I expect Tech Support within a blink of an eye.

I have an older hotronix press that has never had any problems. Then this newer fusion IQ which cost a lot more money just broke on me for the 2nd time. First time was very costly because it was barely out of warranty. I had to replace the power switch as well! So I don't know why they are acting irritated with you, they must be having to replace those switches a lot, it must be a weak point. I'm not sure what the problem is now but wish me luck!
