Love this episode, power into darkness! In Japan lost 25,000 yens ($150) & punished myself for hours, even though I kept trying to not make myself bad & wrong! Finally after 6 tortuous hours, surrendered to the past that that’s my past, my dad’s bone chilling voice & flipped the incident to a learning lesson! Still don’t like or want to lose money but it happened & I can forgive myself, see the internal power over my life that I can determine & dictate moving forward without so much pain🥰
