Back to basics ... putting together some balsa gliders is relaxing and helps with the basics of trimming and gliding..

I decided to re-do the stabilizer and elevator as the original ones were very thin as designed for rubber power. With an engine on the plane I feel it would need a more sturdy structure in the back.

The peanut Beaufighter continues slowly. Getting the wings symmetrical and aligned is not as easy as it looks.

The main structure progresses and the underside takes shape closing off the fuselage ... not without its own challenges with the first tests...

The canopy requires different skills than usual and as it is not something that is done often in a model, it does take a bit of trial and error.
