This was my first crisis, and it tore me to pieces. I was weakened by one uppity fallen empire, another awakened empire deciding it would be a good time to conquer the galaxy *WHILE THE DAMN CONTINGENCY WAS WAKING UP,* and stupid galactic edicts punishing me for not throwing the majority of my fleets against the fallen empire since I was busy rebuilding them after they got crushed. Fun times.

I want to play offline and it won't let me enter the game, any ideas?

For anyone who doesn't know anything about CoQ or what's happening here: This madlad just killed a Chrome Pyramid (a massive near-invincible floating death-bot loaded with more munitions than an entire military force) by essentially slicing off all of it's guns, then standing there for *a couple days straight* wailing on the thing's hull with an electrified sword (all the while, the pyramid flailing its little grabby claws around- the only thing still attached to it- in a pitiful attempt at self-defense).

Very cool! I always found Lazarus a little too situational and requiring very specific team work to be consistently useful. But, when the situations where he shines came around, he REALLY shined.
