Hello, where can I buy that replacement remote control?

Why do they not go over the menu items that don't work on the camera. If you try and adjust the brightness that they have available it does not work in fact it will make the camera dark and you will not be able to make it light again. Would the manufacturer please respond, is what I am saying it's not true or do I just have a defective product it is one day old. The brightness level only goes down it will not go back up.

So, is this the best option for an Uber driver that y'all offer? It looks like it has all the features, but the quad interior cams leave me confused to if they can be adjusted for better view of peoples in back of car. 3 channel DVR? So it is recording 3 view perspectives at the same time? If so, can I select what 3 channels I would like it to record? As to the battery connector, could it be disable that so it only turns on when ignition is also on? Thank you for the presentation :)

pretty cool but there were some typos in this video that may be concerning as far as quality of the product at least if the video is of any indication which it Is to alot of people. best to go through and spell check. also ditch the text to speech. if you don't have someone with an accent that's appealing to the US market you can find one on fiver or hire a freelancer. work on the production value of your product's video as this appears to be the only one with any mention of it. find someone to do an actual in depth reveiw and you'll see a rise in sales as a result. something like an installation video, and video of it actually working. this is how you'll set yourselves apart from every other middle Eastern and Chinese tech company selling cheap products with no respect for trademarks, patents, or copyright. 4:00 : "blind pot detection" (should be "blind spot detection". similar typo at the beginning of the video as well.)

I have one of these kits on order from ebay and I can't seem to find any info from any website that sells this whether instructions come with it or not. I talked to my local car accessory shop and they said they could probably install it for me but there is nothing to be found online about how to wire it.

My VTL17LTJ had been fine but just died some time in the past week. Coincidentally it's one week before the one year warranty is up. Normally I'd think that were a good thing, but I read a reviewer say that to honor the warranty, I have to remove the camera and test it outside of the vehicle. I hope that is not the case as I'm not set up to do that. I also don't want to remove all the wiring. I will contact Boyo support and see what can be done because I'm not going to open the dash and pull the wires through the firewall again. That would be unreasonable. I think what is reasonable would be for me to cut the cables with three to five feet of cable attached to the camera and have Boyo verify whether it's bad or not. They are, or should be set up to do that. What say you Boyo?

I love my BOYO VISION VTL275TJ backup camera, although my image is "backwards". If the car behind me is coming from the right, it shows it come it coming from the left. Is there a switch or an app for this? Thank you.

These cameras are supposed to be front view capable, but there's no instruction for how to hook them up that way...not even in the minimal instruction sheet provided with the camera. There's an entire back side blank page that could be printed with useful information for DIY'ers. But even on the front side of the instructions, 1/4 of the tiny page is devoted to installation instructions in type so small that I can barely read it. Additionally, one camera says to hook up the red power wire from the camera as well as hooking up the red reverse wire to the head unit. Are both required? They have other models that are only powered up near the head unit. I cannot tell what is going on with their product line as far as wiring configurations and they don't bother to elaborate. I am sorry I purchased two of these cameras. I might actually return them.

Fm transmitter is static , why would I want to listen to music or my gps with static.... Very dissapointed I purchased this thing , not even my regular bloothtooth fm transmitter that I use to play music as static like this does

Can you help me out? When I connect my OBD-11 wire to the device and car it doesn’t turn on but it still works for the cigarette connector, and I know my OBD works whenever I do an engine check with there device but it won’t work with BOYO. Can you help me?

An anyone can do it on a flat piece of glass on a workbench. Try it on a curved windshield. I did. Its a freakin mess when ur hand is twisted around an u only get one chance, it's very sticky. Mine has never fallen off but doesn't work the best because I put it to low on windshield and they 2 pieces r not lined up perfectly. My advice, try to practice an make sure u can move your hand freely

Are you telling us it has a shit sound recorded which will make the racing and reving sound even if we are stopped at the light?
