This "Level Up Flow" has some lovely emotive movements throughout. Some parts can be a bit trickier to master at first but everything is doable with a bit of a practice. My advice is to warm up your shoulders and back for this, take your time mastering the transitions then throw on some Adele (or Adele equivalent) and get into the feels. Enjoy x
