I watched part 1 of this comeback series concerning this Resturant. To me and this is my opinion only her kids was secretly telling you not to do it with their attitudes. They were not in the least bit concerned about thier supposedly inheritance. Kind hearts get stepped on.😢

Sounds to me that this man been a fraud/scammer and where the business owner Shantell went wrong is NOT doing her research on him. U can clearly tell that her business was in trouble way before Darius got there. Her business practices were questionable at best not to mention the amount of debt she was already in. It speaks volumes of her business acumen. Lesson learned for the both of them. One thing I kno for sure is that God doesn’t bless any mess and clearly this was a complete MESS & was doomed from the word GO!! Both of them should take accountability for their own actions and just move forward!! Going back and forward on social media ain’t gonna help her business nor will it make Darius a Chef or a trustworthy businessman. Move on and do better both of them & be blessed!

I have a Masters degree in business management. The merchant services transactions are to be reconciled at the end of business day. That's how you will get total of gratuity, total in sales in the elements of cash, credit card, and debit card transactions. You would factor in the tips and so forth. You look at cost/ wast and everything. If you not doing that then you are not abreast with the financial side of business. I also reside in Sanford FL. I can offer my skills if needed. I can do business consulting as well.

How did everything come out to the tables perfect if they were put it in wrong? Darius is so FOS! LMAO BOY BYE! The amount paid came from his system the only thing added to the total of the food were tips which the customers paid! The totals came from his KDS system and the total plus tips were manually entered into Shopify. So he needs to stop the FKN LYIN and deflecting on BS. HE stole off with our tips and making up dumb excuses trying to make it sound so complicated when it's not. I've done accounting. I have a degree which his SIMPLE MINDED ASS didn't know since he ASSumes that just because I was serving at this event I was uneducated. HA! I could have reconciled them raggedy ass slips (that the customer filled out to avoid mistakes right? ) in less than an hour if he didn't get up and walk out on our conversation like a big kid. FOH WTBS he obviously had no intention on paying us. I sent him my slips directly and he posted my email on his page for his DHIVE to come after me for asking for our money he grifted. Too bad Shantell trusted him to be able to be an honest business person. He didn't follow no money to the last penny he lied to everyone talking about food was running out and spoiled and left all that food there then said people stole it. I didn't make a lot of mistakes I was checking him on dressing HIS plates...IT is his damn fault he's a professional GRIFTER. She supplied the servers but he left with the credit card tips...he knows wtf he did. We DID NOT ADD Automatic gratuities. So he is BOLD FACE LYING once again twisting the narrative. People left different gratuities 20% some less and some more. The video he's showing is when Shantell was going to pull a server off the floor to do togo orders and she wanted to add auto gratuities for the togo orders. He said no and that conversation was between them. I didn't take the to go orders so what now? He gives a little bit of truth wrapped in a WHOLE BUNCH OF LIES! IT'S WILD LMAO. ASKING FOR ORDER SHEETS AFTER HE LEFT.. AFTER HE TOLD US TO ONLY KEEP THE ONES WITH THE CC GRATUITIES FOR OUR RECORDS BECAUSE HE HAS ALL THE RECORDS IN HIS SYSTEM.
