First, here, pronunciation of Japanese words is terrible at best. Second of all, you have no composure. When you speak a Zen, monk should have the utmost and confidence what you have known of. And when you speak of DOGEN, you should say master or ZENJI.

Thank you so much, i cannot do zazen no more because i am agitated mentally, but i just put in this dharma talks by Kwong Roshi and just close my eyes and listen. And in this way i can start to settle back into zazen, little by little day by day. This dharma talks are for me like the 2 helping wheels of a bycicle because without them i cannot ride it no more. So thank you verry much for being in this space with us and providing us with such valuable insights and reminders. 🙏
