WOW. You've got it down so perfectly, Nick. Yesterday after hearing your part 1 of this I went on a hunt for similar Film Noir Jazz and I found a majority of them do not have that film noir vibe at all. Just slow jazz. But I hear your stuff I start seeing foggy dark alleys and hearing off-screen detectives monologs about their travails.

Put fresh clean sheets on my bed. Sprayed myself with Lalique Encre Noire fragrance. Going to bed at 4:12 AM in Bulgaria. Listening to Jazz Noir. A rare treat in a grinding and building period for me where I am sacrificing my previously abundant social life to bettering myself. P.S. Encre Noire means Black Ink in French. Lalique’s fragrance is a masterpiece even thought it costs low from discounters. I would describe the feeling of the fragrance as walking through a forest in the evening after it has rained. Thee fragrance goes really well with this music.

Listening to this while playing as a Private Eye on SS13. I solved the murder of Bax Azale. It was Claire Von Schizterhaus! They had access into Botany, and Bax was a botanist. They had the means, and the only two fingerprints that were inside Botany and behind Botany in the maintenance tunnels where the murder took place, those fingerprints were Claire, and Bax. Claire's testimony did not match up with the bartender's next door. I knew it was a holo-parasite, the bartender knew too. A glaringly obvious thing to mention, yet Claire never mentioned the holo-parasite when asked. I later died for this as Claire found out I knew, and killed the entire security team. BUT I SOLVED IT.

May I make suggestions. Please, remake, with your style of course, some of the classic ‘film noir’ tunes. I know it will be a hit.

A ‘jazz-trained’ ear is required to appreciate the mood inspired by these tunes.
