The Best Spring Twist Tutorial | Invisible Roots Merhod
Hey! I am back with a new video all about these long spring twist. I was inspired by a picture of Teyonah Parris. There are so many names for these twist these days, ultimately they are all variations of spring twist. I purchased the hair from the curl refinery. I used the Long spring twist hair, I paid $12.99 per pack. I hope you enjoy this video. Lyd

    Beautiful sis ! So with twisting them you didn’t experience any slipping? How long did the style last for you with the twist in method? This length is perfect ! I loveeeee spring twist has been my go to style but I usually wear them shoulder length but would love it a little longer for Spring time. I am going to check out this company. Was the hair easy to separate ?

    • @LydiaC
      @LydiaC 4 года назад

      Thanks for watching. I kept the hair in for about 6-7 weeks. It was very easy to separate. I installed them again this past January, the exact same way. I kept them in for six weeks. You do experience slipping, but not to where the twist can fall out. It kind of reminds me of locs that needs the roots to be done. I actually prefer this style from wk 3 and on.

    I agree 100% this hair is great quality and long lasting I just got it installed for the second time but my hair stylist used all 6 packs so it's heavy and long 😩 she was scared to seperate it but I love your look it's so natural that's what I wanted do you have any tips on how I could achieve your look? I was thinking of cutting some of the hair out out and opening up the curl pattern also do you have a video of how you cut this hair? Thank you

    How did it look a month later?

    • @LydiaC
      @LydiaC 6 лет назад

      It looked good enough to keep in for a few more weeks. The roots definitely grew out a bit (which I prefer b/c they look more natural to me.) but this style holds really well. I took it out after about 1 month and 2 weeks, but could have kept it in for a few more weeks.

    First of all this looks great on you. 👌🏾Can I ask, is this a silky textured hair? I prefer them to the rougher textures. The trendy tresses goddess and river curl are silky and I love them. This looks to have a silky texture so I would try it......... 😏

    • @LydiaC
      @LydiaC 6 лет назад

      Hey girl! This hair has a little of both. This curl pattern is not 100% silky and it’s not course, it’s somewhere in the middle. It Definitely give it a try, I’m sure you’ll love it.

    Hi! Did the hair slide at all while you had them in? I want to do this style with twisted roots as well, but a lot of people are saying the hair slides off if it isn’t braided.

    • @LydiaC
      @LydiaC 6 лет назад

      Hey Jordan! Don’t listen to those ppl. Lol the hair will slide just a tad bit especially if you are styling it( I wore a lot of ponytails and buns.) but not enough where I had to do them over. It looked nice and more natural (in my opinion) I kept these twist in for 1 month and 2 weeks (would have went longer but I needed to wash my hair) and never had a problem with any twist sliding out. I hope you try it out. I can’t wait to do this style again!
