Considering that Mihawk no longer considers Shanks (a Yonko…!) a worthy challenge, I highly doubt that Akainu would succeed against him. Similarly I’m honestly uncertain about whether Sengoku would beat Mihawk. He’s arguably closer to the old legends than the Yonkos and Admirals, so he’d probably still manage to give Prime!Garp the fight of his life regardless of who wins or loses.

Kizaru is stronger, he easily defeated post wano snakeman Luffy and pushed G5 Luffy to its absolute limit for the first and only time ever, and the most crazy part, he did that without taking aby serious physical damage and he did this while being mentally conflicted trying to kill his best friend as he told Akainu, if he has awakening (most likely does) then it isn't debetable. He takes speed, defense and offense (range, AP, and DC) and wins very high (without awakening)
