Corks and Cuvee the perfect Valentine’s Day evening!
That primary bedroom seems to close to the neighbors
Agreed! 0 privacy.
How about a pair of kerf jamb arched French doors
Nice bro!
Thanks!! I’ll keep em coming!!
Fondly reminds me of my grandma’s old house in PCB minus the mold lol ❤
This house definitely has those vintage characteristics as well for sure! Thanks for watching!
ole mike myers house! LOL
Yes! I was waiting on home to be behind one of those doors…Lol!
Not the creepiest LB 😂
Yep the creepiest!! Vibes was screaming horror!!
Dope 🔥🔥
10/24/24..... Lol 😄 Description: the stove. Fridge 4 burners....
Spider man 😂
Lol! Right
Another great video 💯🔥
Indeed brother I’m gonna keep em coming!!
I usually ask them out for a drink
Don’t forget the HVAC components of a house they can be amongst the most expensive repairs.
I actually like the property! I’m trying to get a figure in my head on the renovation cost would be.
Agreed not a bad option for renovation completion. Thanks for watching!
I don’t like the stairs bruh 🥴
Agreed! I’m just not a fan either rather have a ranch.
It's nice but the kitchen and living room should be a lot larger...
Great point! Thanks for watching!
No it might take an hour or two to warm up 😂❤🎉
Looks like a car wash vending machine or something.
It’s a nice home
I think so as well. Thanks for watching!
Sharing a wall is too close for me
You keep coming with the hits 🔥
Appreciate it and more to come brother!!
I agree with the 1rst comment, very nice home, but very dated..... I think they are trying to capitalize on the post covid prices, but they may have to really come down probably another 75 -100k.... I wouldn't pay more than 375 , possibly 4, depending on the neighborhood and surrounding area, but it has great potential!
Lawrenceville has definitely come up ‼️
Indeed it has!!
They will be renting that house out..for a deal. I am absolutely amazed that a builder invested that much money in a home in that location, with that layout, with those finishes😮 and thought it was worth close to a million dollars. I dont even know if you can open the fridge w/o hitting the island. It's like someone had money to waste and little experience-my apologies forbl being negative l, but what were they thinking
I do agree I think you simply bring up very valid points. Location and layout are essential! Thanks for your input and watching!
Odd layout, too close to a business!
Agreed! Thanks for watching!
Nee, lass mal…
I would buy in that neighborhood 🏠!!
Indeed! If it was allowed at some point.
And in the future your cool things now will be Stupid. Imagine that.
Hi-Fi AM/FM stereo radio. That was the sh*t.
Apparently this was top of the line for the time! Thanks for your input!
Idk. something STUPID
Ham radio
This is definitely a blast from the past lol
That stove is horrible
I would have to agree it upsets the flow a bit of the kitchen. Thanks for your input!
I love the renovations inside of the home especially the bathrooms. Great video, keep them coming.
Yes great ideas to change the theme of the home! Thanks for watching!
It has potential, however, that cost is WHY it's still on the market with as much work needed to bring it up esthetically. "Sold as is" that is an alarm that most buyers will walk away from.
You are indeed correct the “Sold as is” tag can for sure frighten perspective buyers. Thanks for watching!!!
Weird layout. Nice yard but this would be a NO for me.
Agreed it is kind of weird for sure. Thanks for watching!!
❤ Good looking on the outside. Lacks updates on the inside. $599k implies turn key perfect. Considering the presence of damage, the seller believed that the market, location, and size would sell the house. For 3k square feet, I expected at least 5 bedrooms with a three seasons room and a butler's pantry. The house can sell for $599k; however, it needs to be renovated and given a deep clean of the exterior and landscape. Also, if one is selling a home at that price point, the seller must ensure that the AC is running. This is more like a $485k house.❤
Agreed you make an excellent point about being “turn key perfect” and how that should reflect upon the price. Thanks for your input and watching!!!
Speaking from the experience of living in and selling a home in a gated community in South FLorida before moving here, this home has a ways to go before it sells. Either a significant price drop again, or major work continued. While landscaping would be a mimum step that was a mistake to skip, it is likely a mis to keep dated AC units covered by overgrown hedges that could be better utilized elsewher on the property. The rear deck should absolutely have been repaired and stained before marketing (and I would require it before closing). At this price point, the property is very dated! There is no excuse to see a $600K home with kitchen cabinets in such condition. The bathrooms ALL need remodeling from floors, vanities, tubs/showers, mirrors, etc and all fixtures. The ceiling issue on the second floor just shouldn't exist - and is a harbinger of a nightmare for a 20+ year old house. Smoker smell in the barely finished basement can be fixed, but why spend money on paint and carpets and leave 20-yr old linoleum on the floor. It would be a minor step to finish the remaining rooms and/or stick some minor appliances in what would pass for a kitchen/kitchenette (if you truly want to get $600K). Finally, Im sure a gated community has nicer and more "FINISHED" homes at that price poinnt to offer.
OK, a perspective from someone not from the US (and I grew up in a huge house and have also rented very large houses so I know all the issues you can have with them). - No privacy outside - back garden is totally open to all the neighbours, everything you do can be watched, not something that appeals to everyone. Here we mainly have 6' walls or wood fences around our rear gardens for that reason - no privacy inside, all those archways (and I've lived in a couple of houses with them downstairs as well in the past) look great but if you've got visitors for example you can't have any privacy, kids can't go somewhere quiet to do homework or watch their telly programmes without disturbing others - kitchen cabinets are scruffy but it's cheap and quick to buy new doors in a style that suits you, a quick, easy and cheap fix, the counter tops looked to be in good condition - not keen on wooden decking, can be lethal in the rain and requires a lot of regular maintenance - the ''2'' car garage looked to be very small, smaller than the one I grew up with and that was awkward to get around when both cars were in - the layout was rather odd, lots of small rooms but no privacy - 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and no doors, forget it. Plus both rooms re very small for such a huge house, - all those balustrades leaving the upstairs open to the downstairs, if you have visitors downstairs and young kids/teens trying to sleep or playing (music, telly, computer games) then you will hear things all through the house, not good interior design - the ''spare''room was ok - all the space went into the master suite which is bad design again, lovely ceiling in the bedroom area but lots of wasted space and glass doors into a bedroom, no thanks - in general all the rooms had tiny windows except for the master bedroom, the light wasn't great and do the windows in the bathrooms open to let steam out/ventilate the rooms, if not you're building up mould problems. - On the plus side, the basement appears to be a separate flat, maybe a granny flat or great if you have older children who can't afford to rent/buy their own home but still want privacy and a life away from the family. Not a property I'd buy, badly designed and looks to be a cheap build, probably won't last long and shouldn't be looking that bad given it's only about 20 years old, what is the insulation like for keeping heat out in summer and in in winter, walls look to be very thin so guessing insulation is virtually non existent. A large house on the outside but badly designed on the inside and probably not very liveable for a family. But the ''granny flat'' in the basement looks well designed and comfortable. A viewer from Ireland. EDIT I counted 4 bathrooms - 3 upstairs and 1 in the basement - plus what we'd call a cloakroom or simply a ''downstairs/visitors toilet''.
Excellent breakdown and perspective from a non US resident!! Thank you for watching all the way from Ireland!
Yeah that house is way overpriced for the issues at hand. One the bathrooms are all outdated, two the cabinets in the kitchen a no go, the den adjoining the kitchen is quite small, to me the house seems kinda cramped on the first floor, whatever that leak was is a hell no, I don't think the AC works because they are running outside but not cooling the home, the deck looks like it's about to dry rot. Just overall no.
Very dated. First, front of house and yard look so sad. Add some flowers, potted plants, nice seating area on front porch. Curb appeal. Inside, even if its only cosmetic, lighting, carpet and hardware need updating. Baths and kitchens cost a lot of money to update. All need help big time.
High end appliances. Island but without a sink or cooktop on the island preferably.
Sellers did not take very good care of the home. Too much work for buyer. New kitchen and deck alone not to mention other things. They need to make concessions to buyer. Be realistic in pricing.
Agreed concessions can make this particular property much more appealing! Thanks for watching!
The a/c system may be in need of replacement because when you showed it was running, needs new deck, needs new kitchens, needs new carpet, main floor is closed off and awkward, dated, issue with leak in ceiling and very small lot size versus size of the house.
Excellent observation on the A/C units often these can be expensive repairs and overlooked. Thanks for watching!!
Price too high, nobody spending that much money with still having to polish it up.
More than polishing up. Home has been neglected.
High ceilings would make me say no…..
I like the layout but overall for that asking price I think the house could show better if they would have taken time do a proper cleaning the fresh paint inside shows how dirty the house is and they have products that cost way last than paint or painting a house that would clean the floors/carpets kitchen and bathrooms they even have products that would repair the scratches on the cabinets and floors if they didn’t want to replace them and the outside lack curb appeal could have done a refresh
They love new pressure treadwd lumber and ceader also!!!!! I have had a lot of problems with them building decks with new wood
Make a bee box! Save your deck, and the native bees 😊
Excellent idea!! I did the same for an area on my property they are key pollinators!
I had these showing up but at the same time these huge flies showed up (I google lensed them, called tiger bee fly) and they apparently eat carpenter bee larvae
They're fren
