What equipment do you use? I’m trying to do this, don’t know where to start.

For recording, here is my following setup: Audio Technica headphones, audio technica AT2020 microphone, Behringer U-phoria Umc22 audio interface (for recording vocals or guitars). The DAW I use for recording is called Reaper, which is free. You can purchase a full version. However, it is possible to continue using the free version as there is no enforced purchase. I hope that info can help you get started! 🔥🤘🏻

Hello there, thank you so much!! I am currently 17, and I first took an interest in vocals from a young age. I would say I first started trying to scream and sing around age 10-12. However, I have been doing stuff with DeathAssault since I was 15 years old. So, to the extent I sing now, I would say around 3-4 years! 🤘🔥
@@deathassaultofficialThat's really good. I've been listening to Korn for many years and Davis always had this weird technique that pretty much only he uses when singing. There are a lot of artists who make a living out of this and would still fail to sound like him. It's a pretty hard technique, Davis himself sounds kinda bad live recently, but he's also in his 50s now and got tired of it most likely. Good for you if you achieved such good voice control being just a teenager. I usually don't watch vids with barely any views, I just expected a joke video about someone messing around. I was starstruck when you started singing.
@brusli1732 Thank you so much for the kind comments. I really really appreciate it!! Yeah, from a young age, I would try to imitate a lot of my favourite vocalists, although that isn't always the best for the voice. As I developed my skill, the vocalists that inspired me and that I would listen to for hours on end ended up partially incorporated into my own vocals and in my own way. I had a lot of good fun with this as I am a huge Korn fan and have been since I was quite young. So thank you for the comments on the likeness. Hope you enjoy our stuff if you stick around and welcome 🔥🤘
