Our adjustment screw does NOT turn either way. What do we do next?
I can’t bring my tv downward
Does anyone know what size hardware to attach the mount TO the television.
How do i adjust the bottom arm, its really stiff when folding the arm left and right. My gas settings are good, and have no issues. But when i fold the arms to a clossed position its so stiff.
Please suggest me for Samsung frame 55 inch
My tv still sags to the ground after tightening it all the way
This is a very bad product I just admit.
What size screws are used to attach the extensions to the plate?
I've misplaced the instruction manual and can't locate it online. It's a great product.
Can anyone tell me if the lag C1 65” will fit on this stand? The vesa pattern is 300x200. I do not see it listed anywhere and I’m so confused lol.
Same as Walmart's Onn Full Motion 23-65 wall mount.
Eggzactly
What adjustments need to be made when tv tilts too much left or right? Thanks
If you want your tv centered in the middle of a wall you will not achieve a centered look with this mount unless you get lucky and one of your studs is right where it needs to be to allow for it to be centered
For real. I had to use toggle bolts for it to be centered. Couldn’t even put it in studs
I have a 58inch and I have no idea what holes I use to line up with the tv
Okay but how the fuck do I install it
Worst product I’ve ever witnessed
🙋♂️ if the tv is pushed to the wall while mounted will it stay centered if my stud is centered over a fireplace?
No, you don’t find out jack s$@“t in the manual. Literally the worst instructions I’ve ever seen. I disassemble and reassemble full washing machines and can’t figure this thing out. Even after reading the manual. Terrible
This Video was totally Awesome. I really enjoyed The Graphics. So Kool. Thank you. Ready to Install now with ur vid right by my side lol. Step by Step. 🌹
Don’t buy! Unless you want an adjustable mount that doesn’t adjust. Piece of crap!!
Literally dog shit wall mount Literally has 0 earnings
Man, fuck this mount. This shit got me fucked up. No fucking instructions. And it’s fucking confusing. 3 hours.... it fucking took 3 hours..... to figure this shit out. Got me fucked up. My fucking pits are sweating and I know it’s bad because it smells like fucking onions. I’m done. I’m fucking not buying this Shit no more.
Recently purchased 4 of these for a bar, these do not fit Roku Tv or TCL tv's, the extension brackets do not line up at all, not even close. I have 11 TV's with other mounts, they all work except for these 4. Do not buy!!
I made this fit 200 x 200 by simply drilling two holes. I love the mount.
My Atlantic Full-motion Spring Arm TV Mount is not as advertised. I do a lot of DIY projects and I am fairly handy when working on such projects. This is the fifth TV I have wall mounted, the first with a spring mechanism, allowing the tv to move up and down. The instructions are terrible. The manual only shows different manipulations of the template that mounts on the back of the tv. It doesn't say what to use, or I should say what not to use when mounting a tv with a 100x100 mounting holes. The way the plate then connects to the arm of the wall mount is terrible... a lot of back and forth adjustment to get the tv level. Okay great, it's finally level, but then extend the arm out and rotate the tv so I can view it from my bed, whoops it's not level anymore! I have readjusted three times, but the amount of play in the factory assembled parts of the arm is huge and unacceptable. I'm demounting and returning to Amazon tomorrow. Do not buy!
Got my tv mounted but it's sagging on the left side...has any one else had this issue??
Having this same issue, did you ever solve it?
By far the best tutorial! Worked out well in the end.
@Adriel Jameson shut up bot
@@RiceWrap lol
I’m trying to adjust the arm so that it comes down lower... do I twist towards the + or - ? I’ve been trying both ways and it is still so tight and not budging. I need the arm to come down 3 inches so it will clear the ceiling. I’m getting so flustered. Help!
I have no idea how to fix this problem. I'm going to try and lube the bolt, but did you ever figure it out?
I wish I was dead
I can’t get the extensions to line up
Thank you so much. We were having trouble and then watched that we had to pull down the arm and tv first. We would not have our mount it mounted without your help!!!
This one sucks It’s not wide enough to find studs
I'm here for the Walmart Hang Onn Mount...
Same
The instructions are seriously so hard to follow! We ended up putting our tv like 10 hours later and are just now praying it doesn’t fall 🥴
Has it fallen? Im installing it and it has to be the hardest thing ever
@@victoranda351 It surprisingly hasn't fallen! Thank God! Hope yours is holding up too!
I've got it mounted pretty well but the allen wrench will not turn while trying to adjust the height in either direction so the TV just sits at the lowest height
I’m having the same issue, any solution?
@@dominicgrubbs9944 I'm not sure. I'm having the same problem as well. Might put some WD-40 on the Allen key bolt to see if that fixes the problem.
Did anyone find out
I can get the brackets to line up with holes
Really don’t have to say anything lol
Thank you
Mount sucks. Don’t buy it
Why the fuck do they call this full motion when I can't even rotate my tv 90 degrees at times I want to play arcade games on the switch.
We purchased this mount with a Vizio 55" smart tv for our office. After several HOURS of attempting to align the bracket to the back of the tv we are left frustrated and confused. There are NO useful instructions on the Atlantic website. The instructions provided are VERY small print and difficult to read. This was an unmitigated atrocity. I would not recommend this bracket or Atlantic products to anyone. My disdain for this product can not be over emphasized.
Urban Frontier Organizations
Pure trash.
Same. Been playing with the VESA mount for an hour now. Complete garbage. Will be returning.
Agreed. Returning. It's very confusing and doesn't fit my LG.

If you have a 32in or small TV the screws won’t fit into the back of the TV. Just FYI. Now I get to go back out and find screws that’s fix. Awesome.
Agreed good thing I had an old mount I just took screws out of my old one and worked like a charm
Same thing happened to me. My son has a 24 inch and I messed up the holes 🕳️ on the back of the tv
My tv will not stay level when the arm extends. Can anyone help?
that nice
i wouldn't have made sense of this heads-or-tails WITHOUT this video, so thanks for posting. I was able to put up my TV in about 30 minutes with these instructions. Only gripe is I had a smaller TV (24"), and none of the screws in the box fit on the TV for the mount, but I had some extras. Either way, I love it - it is definitely very sturdy.
That's Just My View same happened with mine. Now I have the mount mounted with the TV. Great. Now I have to go find the right size screws. What screws worked for you?
Looks like a piece of plastic.
Very informative video thanks so much
Wow, let my tell you why this is a piece of shit: my poor grandma wasted 60 dollars on this for my new TV, and I ended up impaling my skull due to that fact that the overextended arm that holds the TV protrudes 3 feet out of my wall like a fucking Vietnam booby trap from Indiana Jones. Not to mention that this particular mount only has the upper body strength capable of holding an underweight newborn, causing my mere 43” TV to droop down like an old mans scrotum. Now I’m left with a weak prosthetic arm, not even useful for scraps if I even wanted them. Thanks a lot, Atlantic. Edit: As I sit here not even knowing how to start fixing this piece of garbage, I realized that I might as well use the legs that came with the TV than even considering screws the size of fucking peanuts to hold this junk together.
Don't buy.. horrible wall mount. Too much weight is small area, it ripped the drywall off when TV was extended out. My new TV almost fell from wall
Well...if you don't put the screws into a wall stud...it would pull the drywall out. The video showed locating a stud 🤔
Jeff Mason lol
Yes common sense says drywall can hold a TV lol. What did we think was gonna hapoen.
This comment is why companies don't like end users - too fucking stupid to do it themselves and too poor to pay someone qualified.
