    When they want us to handle calls in under 8 min 30 seconds.. I think they need to show us they can do it first before implementing those type of metrics.

    If Adriana was my work buddy, I’d instantly go into work smiling knowing I’m working next to someone as pretty as her.. but then find out she has a 6ft 5 boyfriend that makes triple my annual income and is well endowed than me and then I’d feel like crap afterwards knowing that I’d just be spinning my wheels at work and then a few months in, find out she has transferred to another department.. I got a lot of issues🤔

    It's ok little girl. You should tell him what you really feel. He is scum and the people that run the company are scum. The CEO of T-Mobile used to tell us stupid shit like that, "I don't know how you guys do it." And our CEO was so stupid he didn't even know the difference between a giga bit and a giga byte. Yet, he sits back and collects $14 million a year to be an idiot. It is a money machine to them. They don't actually care about the employees or the people calling in. This is all an act. He is being a charlatan. Acting like he cares to improve the insurmountable attrition rate these companies face.

    Oh wow, he is taking the absolute wrong approach. No wonder every single call center is a complete disaster. This just goes to show how complacent and stupid the executives and directors are of these companies. I would love to see this guy take a month of calls with this mentality. AND THEN SEE HOW HE REACTS WHEN YOU CONSTANTLY MICROMANAGE HIM ON HOW HORRIBLE HE IS AT IT!!!! What a joke!!! If I ever called into a call center, and got the president, and he sounded this stupid.... OMG, I would have a hay day!

    The only reason why Agent talk so fast is due to AHT, if a realistic AHT would be given there would be no issue. Also about "Angry" Agent is due to process or how some customers treat the poor reps like if they are at fault that the customers life sucks.
