In this video, we return to Panciu for a few days of vacation, where we explore local markets, indulge in traditional Romanian food, and hunt for wild porcini mushrooms in the forest. We visit the vibrant Focsani market, where we try local dishes and enjoy cheap Romanian beer. Despite the dry weather, we venture into the mountains in search of prized porcini mushrooms, and along the way, we discover signs of wildlife, including bear tracks!
