This is a “guide”? 😂 Never showed Golden Hills on the map; never explained who to use as a steward or who is available to steward; never accurately explained that crop types absolutely DO matter in terms of money earned (you are not making 1500/day on cabbages and carrots my guy, you make about 1100/day on blisterwort and that’s the most profitable crop for PASSIVE income - you make more if you actively harvest and make potions to sell but that takes up time)… The only question I had wasn’t addressed - about hiring the steward. I don’t want to use a follower. I tried hiring the drunk beggar from Whiterun but he didn’t show up. And your video explains the easiest part in detail but left out the actual parts people want to hear. Like equipment and materials to build out the place to make it actually more profitable…😂
