6 Habanero (chilli) (Bamenda pepper)
2 medium size Canned palm nut (Banga) pulp concentrate
handful chopped bitter leaf, or any green leafy vegetable.
Goat meat (You can use any meat of your choice but definitely not fatty meat)
Water
SEAFOOD
1 pck cup Crayfish
2 Cat Fish, smoked
3 pcs fresh cat fish (fried)
